Halloween,Dressing up & all the fun

So your kids want to dress up for Halloween.
This is what we did;
We asked our girls what they want to dress up to,
It is a consequence to take, as you don't know what the answer would be.
Their answer .......Stabilo Boss Markers!!!

They were four and each wanted a different color.

We worked the entire week and this is the result.









I know we posted this earlier but since the holiday is coming up we wanted to remind everyone of the idea.

Show off flowers in my garden- The apple of Soddom

School started so we wish all the kids good luck and a wonderful year.
We are full of energy and are ready to start working on lots of new ideas with fabric .

Thing we love

We wanted to share with you all the beautiful plant that grows
in my garden it is called :
The apple of Soddom

After the flowers of the Soddom Apple open – the bees
visit for nectar. Later the fruits start to develop.
The fruits grow very fast, as there's almost nothing in them,
only seeds, that have silk parachutes to help them
fly in the light wind to new places where they can start a new
life cycle. In the picture you can see that
some of the seeds disconnect themselves from the fruit to start
their journey.

The story that is told for the origin of the plant is that God was so angry after he saw the sins of the inhabitants of Sodom, Gomorrah that he cursed and changed the apple trees in that area. Apple trees that gave sweet and juicy fruit turned into fruit that is hollow and poisonous.

Vacation

Off on vacation.
For our daughters Bat mitzvah celebration we went on a trip to U.S.A..
We had a wonderful trip in N.Y.C. & California; a mother and daughter quality time.
Our boys back home had their own quality time with their fathers ,
you can imagine every one was happy........

Today we celebrate Purim in Israel.
Our daughters+ two freinds, insisted they have to dress up into highlighting markers Stabilo Boss.
The idea was great, but the mission was ours...

It was a big success they could hardly walk down the street, every one wanted to take pictures of them!!!

To eat with your eyes

Just wanted to share a wonderful idea I saw last week at a friend's birthday party.
She made individual salad cups.
The salad was served in plastic cups, so it's easy to make and then throw away.
To assemble:
Start with cubed yellow pepper, add cubed radish, cubed cucumber, cubed tomato, add the seasoning and top with cut chives.

First time as bloger...

Hi everybody!!!

This is our first time as blogers.
We are really excited.

We've been looking at different blogs in the past few months, and we feel we would like to share our love to beautiful things with you.
We are two friends, Ada and Lia.
We live in the Holy city, Jerusalem, Israel.

Ada married + a son and a daughter.
Lia married + two sons, a daughter and a dog.

We became friends through our daughters,as they are best, best friends.

After some years of knowing each other we decided to do something together.

We both love to create and design and we noticed that we like the same things.

This recognition led us to start a new venture.

We opened our studio where we design and create.
